For Tips:
- Disinfect hands and client's hands.
- Remove cuticles with a rosewood stick or metal pusher; trim if necessary.
- Shorten natural nail using a 180 grit file; matte the surface with a polishing block.
- Remove dust with a brush, clean nails with Nail Cleaner, degrease with Nail Prep.
- Select and cut tips to match each nail.
- Smooth transition between tips and natural nails with 100/180 grit file, avoiding excess filing of natural nail.
- Apply a thin layer of Builder Gel to nail and tips; cure in UV or LED lamp as per curing table (no washing required).
- Apply a thicker layer of Builder Gel; cure again.
- Shape and smooth nails with 180 grit file; clean with Nail Cleaner.
- Apply desired color using UV/LED Gel Polish or leave nails colorless. Finish with cuticle oil for nourishment.
For Forms/Templates:
- Disinfect hands and client’s hands.
- Remove cuticles and shorten natural nail as described.
- Place a form/template under each nail.
- Apply a thin layer of Builder Gel to natural nail (not on template); cure in UV or LED lamp (no washing required).
- Apply thin layer to both natural nail and template; cure.
- Gently remove form/template and apply a thicker layer of Builder Gel; cure again.
- If additional structure needed, repeat as necessary.
- Shape and smooth nails, clean with Nail Cleaner.
- Apply color or leave nails clear, finishing with cuticle oil.
