Revital Base Fiber Blinking Cover Pink from NeoNail is a hybrid base in a classic feminine pink with delicate silver particles.

This base contains synthetic fibers that protect the nails from breaking.

With its thick consistency and comfortable brush, application is made easier.

Perfect for a quick manicure, this base can be applied to the nails and finished with a top coat.

It can also extend the nails up to 10 mm and fill microcracks in the nail plate.

Two different ways to use this product:

• As a classic base for applying a hybrid varnish.
• As a stand-alone product that can be covered with any top coat.

Application:

Revital Base Fiber version without colored hybrid varnish:

1. Gently polish the nail with a polisher, remove the dust, and clean with Nail Cleaner.
2. Apply the primer * on the prepared nail plate, then apply a thin layer of Revital Base Fiber, and cure in the LED / UV lamp according to the table.
3. Apply a slightly thicker layer to the natural nail and template (if extending), and cure in a LED / UV lamp according to the table. Repeat for proper nail structure.
4. After hardening, gently remove the template and smooth the nails with a 180-grit file. Remove the dust, then clean with a cotton swab soaked in Nail Cleaner.
5. Apply a thin layer of Top Hard, cure in the LED / UV lamp according to the table. Clean the sticky layer with Nail Cleaner after curing.
6. To remove the varnish, matt the shiny layer with a polishing block, then use Acetone or a nail drill.

* We recommend using a dedicated primer for your nail plate.

Revital Base Fiber version with colored hybrid varnish:

1. Gently polish the nail with a polisher, remove the dust, and clean with Nail Cleaner.
2. Apply the primer * on the prepared nail plate, then apply a thin layer of Revital Base Fiber, and cure in the LED / UV lamp according to the table.
3. Apply a slightly thicker layer to the natural nail and template (if extending), and cure in a LED / UV lamp according to the table. Repeat for proper nail structure.
4. After hardening, gently remove the template and smooth the nails with a 180-grit file. Remove the dust, then clean with a cotton swab soaked in Nail Cleaner.
5. Apply a layer of hybrid varnish in the selected color and cure in the LED / UV lamp according to the table. Repeat application for desired depth of color.
6. Finally, apply a thin layer of Top Hard, cure in the LED / UV lamp according to the table. Remove the sticky layer with Nail Cleaner after curing.
7. To remove the varnish, matt the shiny layer with a polishing block, then use Acetone or a nail drill.

NOTE: In case of a problematic nail plate, apply Base Hard under Revital Base Fiber.

Revital Base Fiber Removal:

1. Polish the shiny layer of the previous styling to allow Acetone UV Gel Polish Remover to penetrate better.
2. Apply Acetone UV Gel Polish Remover on a cotton pad and wrap the finger with FOIL NAIL WRAPS.
3. After approximately 7 - 10 minutes, remove the hybrid base with a wooden stick or a metal hoof, and remove any residues with a delicate polisher.
4. Create a new styling with NeoNail hybrid varnish or apply moisturizing cuticle and nail oil.
